Dazzling Investment Opportunity
South African Diamond Company offers shares to the public
Set to deliver well above average returns
BACKGROUND
Wealth 4 U Mining & Exploration Ltd. (Reg. No. 2006/050503/06) (W4U), founded less than two years ago, has successfully established itself as a significant player in shallow marine diamond mining.
The company is now poised for further expansion into midwater mining.
W4U was formed by the merger of 22 separate companies each owning a “shallow water” boat or beach mining operation.
As a now viable business, W4U directors elected to expand into mid-water mining. This entails commissioning bigger vessels that are not dependent on divers and can work most days of the month. It was resolved to issue an additional 56 million shares, enlarging the original 94 million issued shares, to 150 million.
These shares are offered in terms of a duly approved prospectus. Just less than 20 million shares remain. The minimum subscription is just R 2000 00 (two thousand shares of R 1 00 each). (Note $ 1 00 = R 7 00 and £1 00 = R14 00 )
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
W4U has 11 shallow water vessels and 9 land based mining units. Current operations are primarily based along the Namaqualand coastal strip (Port Nolloth and Alexander Bay ) of the Northern Cape in South Africa .
W4U managed to secure the rights to a wholly owned concession, 10a and 10b. Our geologist, who has been working along this coast for 23 years, estimates these concessions will yield 750 000 carats. This area is far from any port and we will commence operations when we have the larger vessel in November 2007.
We have also established an alluvial site on the Buffels river that can be expected to produce between 375 000 and 750 000 over a five year period.
W4u has experienced and capable staff. In the space of two years it has become the largest employer in the area and made a substantial contribution to the local economy.
PROSPECTS
It is a widely held view that the market for diamonds is about to grow dramatically as a result of consumer demand in China and India . The stockpile that was once so large has all but disappeared.
Of all diamonds extracted by W4U along the South African coast, 95% are of gemstone quality and of a size that meets the needs of the buyers. The largest diamond company in the world forecasts a shortage of suitable stock to meet demand. Inevitably prices are set to rise.
In most respects the turnaround has been amazing. Investors, who a decade or so ago dumped their shares in diamond businesses, are now acquiring good quality shares where they can. As yet, W4U is not listed. It is the intention to list before the end of October 2007.
It is our firm belief that with our entry into midwater mining we can expect to increase our diamond recovery to close to a rate of 100 000 carats per annum within the next 30 months. While this is minute in terms of total production, it means that we will be able to provide a return to our current shareholders of more than 20%.
Given the current p/e ratios in the mining and resource sectors, this will lead to a significant growth in the value of your investment. In our view this means that the offer price is extremely attractive, representing good value.
CONCLUSION
The rising international demand will not be satisfied with current production levels. The production cannot be easily increased as it often takes many years to get from prospecting to delivery.
With new midwater vessels on the concession we have access to, we are well positioned to increase our fairly modest output and generate super profits!
